Online Magazine Website with Subscription Management
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I am looking to develop and online magazine website which has the following functionality:
1. The website will offer users the option to subscribe to the magazine. The subscription has to be a recurring annual subscription method.
2. The magazine also has a printed copy. Users will also get a printed copy. The magazine has 11 Issues in a year. Each time a new issue is due to be released I will need to have a function on the website where I can access the list of all the susbcribers and their addresses so that I can print shipping labels for them. (the purchase of shipping labels will be done via a shipping company; I just require the names and addresses in excel style sheet [Name, Address])
3. The website will have a page which will be a 'Subscribers Only' area. Meaning only those members who are logged in and subscribed can access this page.
4. This 'Subscribers Only' page will have a number of flipbooks. So there will need to be a system or a plugin maybe even a blog style page where there are different posts for example 'January 2025' and when the user clicks on it it displays a page which has an embedded flipbook which is the January 2025 issue of my magazine. Again all these pages and subsequent pages have to be accessible for subscribers only.
5. There needs to be a plugin that I can use to convert my monthly magazine which will be a PDF into a flipbook. The process to upload the flipbook onto the restricted magazine page of the website should also be easy for me to do and not complicated.
6. As my magazine will accept annual recurring payment method only; If a user subscribes in March for example and decides to cancel their subscription in June. That would mean that their recurring payment is cancelled. Meaning they should still be classed as a subscriber for 11 Issues (March 2026) and they should have access to the magazine until that time next year.
Taking into consideration all the above strict requirements. can you please provide me with a quote for a website (what platform will be used, Doman and hosting has already been sorted) whilst listing all necessary plugins and how much they would individually cost.
