Our company is in need of an Online Job Application Management System that will efficiently handle our internal job openings and streamline the application process. We have a design in mind for the user interface and would like to collaborate with a skilled developer to bring our vision to life.
Key Requirements:
- Develop a user-friendly interface based on our design specifications
- Create a secure and efficient system to manage job applications
- Design a database to store and organize job openings, applicant details, and hiring statuses.
- The ability for applicants to upload images, videos, and create a digital signature on the screen using their mouse.
- Secure storage of images/video and encryption of data.
- Implement features for staff to edit, update and filter applicant submissions.
- The ability to create a group of select applicants from all of the submissions to select which candidates they would like to bring in for interview.
- Provide employers with a simple and intuitive interface to manage and review applications
- Include functionality for automated notifications and reminders to keep the process on track
- Ensure the system can handle a high volume of job openings simultaneously (more than 50)
- The website must be mobile friendly for users to accomplish all of these function on their cell phone browser as well as a desktop computer.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in front-end development and UI/UX design.
- PHP, Ajax and MySQL are the desired framework for this system.
- Strong knowledge of back-end development and database management
- Experience in developing web-based applications for job management or similar systems
- Familiarity with security protocols and best practices for data protection
- Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate project progress and requirements
