Online Forms

I am looking for a software solution that allows my staff of approx. 40 persons working in the field to access and fill-out online forms through their phones. In my office I want to be notified when forms have been used in real-time and I want to be able to manipulate the data to edit and extract information for report writing. Approximately 20 different forms are used. I am currently using a QR Code and a Microsoft Form, but this does not allow me to edit the form once it is lodged and I have to waste time getting a new form completed by my field staff when small mistakes are made. (eg wrong date or spelling mistake) and the data is not easily manipulated for pulling out the information that I want. Eg. searching forms by Client or Date. Can you help?
