A website that not only shows listings of properties, but has all the key user joirneys or biying, selling, renting workflowed, which has payment gateway built in, that will allow the customer to digitally sign documentation, make bookings, manage bookings, place offers and more.

I have a requirements doc, which includes user stories, functional requirements, non functional requirements, wireframes, code for the key pages. I will share this, with sortlisted freelancer.
