Online Customized Form for Woodcut Scheduling -- 2
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need to digitize a form that is filled out manually on paper.
The idea is that the form can be filled out online from any computer on the network.
I need it to have user roles so that it cannot be modified once created.
The digital form must be saved in a database where it can be consulted for at least one month.
Once the form is filled out; Three users with their respective roles can modify and/or fill out the saved form.
The company sells cut sheets of wood and the form is to schedule the customer's cut on a respective machine.
The first person to fill out the form is the seller.
The second person who interacts with the form is the person who programs the material for a respective machine that is going to cut.
The third person confirms the complete or partial delivery of the material in case there is anything pending to be delivered.
The purpose of this project is to eliminate the consumption of paper that is used once and then thrown away, helping pollution and cutting down trees.
