Ongoing Web Developer for SaaS Platform (15 hrs/week) – Bookingz.one Enhancements & Feature Upgrades
Budget: $8 – $15 AUD
Overview:
We’re looking for a talented and reliable web developer to join us part-time (approx. 15 hours per week over three days) to support and enhance our growing service-based SaaS platform, Bookingz.one. You’ll work directly with the founder on a range of development tasks focused on improving site functionality, user experience, and onboarding flow.
Your Role Will Include:
• Upgrading the Bookingz.one core system (currently built with CodeIgniter, MySQL, and integrated templates)
• Implementing CRM features and connecting customer workflows
• Improving booking UI/UX and business onboarding steps
• Adding optional features (AI booking bots, SMS/email automations, WordPress upgrade paths, etc.)
• Working with Stripe/PayPal API and improving payout flow
• Integrating or improving admin dashboards (e.g. analytics, customer management)
• General frontend and backend bug fixes and UI polishing
We’re Looking For Someone With:
• Proven experience with PHP frameworks (especially CodeIgniter or Laravel)
• Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL
• Experience building or maintaining SaaS platforms
• Familiarity with CRM logic, customer portals, Stripe/PayPal APIs, etc.
• Bonus: Experience with WordPress, SSO, and automation tools (Zapier, Integromat, etc.)
Work Structure:
• ~15 hours per week to start over three days, (5xhrs/day) (with potential to grow)
• Flexible hours, async communication — we care about results, not time clocks
• Daily check-ins and task board (ClickUp or Trello)
• You’ll work directly with the founder (Jason) to prioritize and execute tasks
