One final thing on website

I got a new website. One thing its not working and its when the coustemer makea an appointment they get mail-
I as a client get the mail, that works but not the other way. I need all fields required for sent mail, as it is now when you pushg send, Ill get the mail.
Been waiting for worker too long time.
