One Page Certificate creator and validation page creation
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I have an Existing website called www.ctobsolutions.com, and we provide Online webinar on various topic.
Now I want to ad one page in the existing website named "Certification" which whould have 2 options as curtain dropdown
1. Generate Certificate
2. Verify Certificate
In Generate Certificate, student need to enter their Email ID and then a list of all the issued certificate for that Email ID should display based on data like (Name, Date of webinar and name of webinar) from backend which i can keep updating through uploading a csv file. then when they click on any certificate it should generate a certificate based on a pre design template (templated attached) and then user should have below options

Mail
Share on linkedIn, Facebook, Instagram Etc.
2. Verify Certificate
In this page people should be ask to put a unique Certificate number and then system would match it with existing database and able to verify the certificate details and their certificate like
When it was issued, to whom it was issue, purpose of the certification. etc
For reference watch this video, I want something similar to this but with little more options.
My Budget for this project is Limited to 4000 INR only, Please read this and then only share proposal. any proposal above this price will be declined.
