Responsibilities:
Develop a comprehensive onboarding training course for our team members at After Hello.
Create engaging and interactive content, including videos, quizzes, and written materials.
Design modules that cover various aspects of our business, including our services, processes, company culture, and team roles.
Ensure the course is dynamic, visually appealing, and effective in conveying key information.
Collaborate with team members to gather necessary information and insights for the training materials.
Incorporate feedback and make revisions as needed.
Ensure the course structure allows for easy editing and updates as new information emerges or as our brand grows.
Requirements:
Proven experience in developing online training courses, preferably for a service-oriented business.
Strong proficiency in course development tools and platforms.
Ability to create engaging multimedia content, including videos and interactive quizzes.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Familiarity with the matchmaking and dating industry is a plus.
Prior experience in IT or software development industries will be advantageous.
Background in personnel training, excellent communication skills, and an understanding of virtual team dynamics are ideal.
Portfolio or examples of previous online training courses developed.
