- Develop and execute comprehensive onboarding plans for clients and team members
- Conduct orientation sessions and trainings to familiarize new clients and team members with our processes and systems
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure all necessary resources are available for a smooth onboarding experience
- Monitor and track progress of onboarding activities and provide regular updates to stakeholders

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Experience with customer onboarding or employee onboarding
