Hi, i have a journal based on OJS, i upgrade yo OJS 3.3.0.8 and now i havea ome problems.
1. Character problems, som characters on website show as ?#!*.
2. Statistics tool does not ahow how many downloads have, and does not ahow on website stat graph downloada numbers.
I need php developer to fix this two issue.
