Offerwalls Website Script

I am looking for an experienced web developer to create an offerwall website script for my existing business. I am looking for a custom design and would like the website to be tested. I am looking for the website to be fully tested and all bugs to be fixed before releasing it publicly. Any help I receive with debugging is welcomed, but the developer must be able to perform the majority of the testing themselves. The goal of this project is to provide a safe, secure experience for both the users of the website and the business. The project should be completed by a deadline we will agree upon in advance. I have a budget in mind, so please include an estimated cost in your application.
