I would like to receive a quote for an extensible, modular content management system for the output of static websites. The aim is to create purely static websites based on Bootstrap.

In the first step, I offer 10 Euros just for the creation of a cleanly structured offer!
I want to upload the images, texts and links only once. The result is an entry in ccroipr.org/register and a lot of individual, small txt modules in ccroipr.org/module. These modules are included in several Bootstrap websites on different domains with the php command "include". I am currently operating on about 50 domains. The goal is a static system without a database (similar to CSS). The wordpress database should only be used to create the modules.
