Odoo app for forecast input

Project Overview:
User Authentication:
Secure login for directors and admins.
Password recovery via email.
Email notifications for reminders and confirmations.
Forecast Input Page:
Single-page interface for entering forecast data.
Fields include:
Client name (can be manually entered).
Project name (can be manually entered).
Invoice amount (in EUR).
Invoice date.
Probability categories:
Contractual (100%)
High (80-99%)
Medium (50-79%)
Low (30-49%)
Very Low (0-29%)
Month of the forecast (rolling forecast for the next 3 months).
Rolling Forecast:
Directors can view the previous month's forecast as a draft.
Ability to add a new forecast for the next 3 months.
Historical forecasts are saved for comparison.
Email Notifications:
Email reminders sent to directors on the 2nd and 10th of each month.
Confirmation emails sent after forecast submission, with a copy to the Accounting department.
Reports:
Total forecast for each month.
Comparison between new and old forecasts.
Forecast amounts multiplied by probability for each client.
Total sum for the 3-month forecast period.
Total sum after applying probability adjustments.
User Roles:
Admin: Can create departments and assign employees to forecasts.
Department Leader: Can view and edit their department's forecast.
Equity Partner: Can view and edit forecasts for all departments.
UI/Design:
The app's design should be clean and professional, based on the style of JP Weber’s website.
User-friendly interface with minimal clicks required.
Technical Requirements:
HTML-based web app with PHP back-end.
Data storage in a MySQL database.
Integration with Odoo’s client and project modules.
Basic SMTP setup for sending emails.
