Odoo Setup & Customization for Beverage Distributor

Project Overview
We are a long-established B2B beverage distribution company operating in Europe. Our business handles exclusive distribution for major beer and beverage brands, operating its own warehouse, logistics, sales, and marketing functions. We currently use Zoho One but are migrating to Odoo due to increasing operational complexity and the need for better integration and control.

We are seeking an experienced Odoo developer or agency to configure and customize Odoo Enterprise (hosted on Odoo.sh) to suit our operations. The selected partner must be capable of both advanced configuration and developing custom modules where necessary.

Deposit Workflows

Track returnable items: aluminium kegs, plastic pallets (from both supplier and customer side)

Manage monthly reporting of government-mandated bottle/can deposits (some products exempt)

Marketing Budget Rebate Logic

Calculate €0.15 per litre sold

Generate quarterly invoices or credits to supplier

Picklists

Must group by product (not per order) for loading trucks

Automated Monthly Statements

Include all outstanding balances, including across fiscal years

Advanced Pricing Rules

On Trade / Off Trade / Wholesale tiers
