Odoo 17 Migration and Customization

I'm seeking a skilled Odoo developer to migrate my small construction company from Odoo Enterprise to Odoo 18 Community Edition on a self-hosted VPS.

Essential Tasks:
- Set up Odoo 18 Community on our VPS (standard install).
- Configure CRM, Sales, Projects, Accounting, and Email integration.
- Rebuild Odoo Studio customizations as modules.
- Set up multi-company database for two entities (Los Angeles and Salt Lake City).
- Develop 3–4 custom modules:
- Email-to-lead parser
- Project and analytic account creation on Sales Order confirmation
- Milestone task generation from templates
- Invoicing trigger when milestone task is marked delivered
- Replace E-sign with OCA or third-party API (SignRequest or HelloSign)
- (Bonus) WhatsApp messaging integration

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in Odoo development and customization
- Experience with Docker and self-hosting Odoo
- Familiarity with CRM functionalities and sales processes
- Strong understanding of module development and Odoo Studio
- Ability to implement third-party API integrations
