We are Purple Uniforms, a well-established company specializing in the manufacturing and design of school uniforms. With years of experience in the garment industry, we cater to a wide client base including educational institutions across the region. As our operations scale, we are looking to digitize and streamline our business processes by implementing Odoo ERP tailored to our unique workflow.
We are actively seeking an experienced Odoo ERP Developer or a small developer who can design, customize, and implement a robust ERP solution using Odoo (version 14 or above).
Project Scope:
The ERP system will cover all key areas of our business, including but not limited to:
- Manufacturing (MRP):
Track and manage production of various uniform designs, batch orders, raw materials, and semi-finished products.
- Inventory Management:
Set up real-time inventory tracking, warehouse operations, and barcode integrations.
- Sales and CRM:
Handle sales quotations, order confirmations, customer relationship management, and delivery tracking.
- Purchase Management:
Streamline vendor management, purchase orders, and restocking logic.
- Accounting & Invoicing:
Automate billing, payments, GST compliance, and generate financial reports.
- Reporting & Dashboards:
Custom reports for production, inventory levels, sales
performance, and order tracking.
Website development & E-Commerce.
- Solid experience working with Odoo ERP preferably in manufacturing or apparel/garment domains.
- Strong skills in Python, XML, PostgreSQL, and Odoo customization
- Ability to analyze our existing workflow and map it efficiently into the Odoo system.
- Experience with barcode integration multi-warehouse setups and user roles & permissions.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to provide training and documentation for end-users.
- Post-implementation support (negotiable based on availability).
