OVH Server Indicates "Status Hacked"

When I login my OVH Dedicated Server shows the following: "Your server has been hacked, and has been switched to FTP rescue mode as a result. Please check your configuration before moving your server onto a disk."

For status it says: Status
Hacked

I need this figured out and back up and running as soon as possible.
