OTP Login/Register for WordPress
Budget: $10 – $130 USD
1. **My Account Access Behavior**:
- When a user selects "My Account" and they are not logged in, a "Login/Register" popup should appear instead of redirecting to the default login/registration page. After login, the user should be directed to the default "My Account" information page.
2. **Checkout Page Modifications**:
- Remove the default login and register tabs from the top of the checkout page. Introduce a new tab or prompt that reads: "If you already have an account, please login." Ensure that after logging in, the user remains on the checkout page with their details automatically filled in the checkout fields, pulled from their account.
3. **Login/Register Popup Enhancements**:
- Within the login/register popup, prompt users to log in using their phone number by default. Include an option below the phone number field stating "login with email instead." When this option is clicked, an input field for the email address should be displayed. If a user attempts to log in with a phone number or email not found in the database, redirect them to the account registration page, with the phone number or email they attempted to use pre-filled.
4. **Database Integration for Existing Customers**:
- Utilize the existing customer database to ensure that if a returning customer logs in with their phone number or email, they are recognized and logged into their existing account.
Please make sure these functionalities integrate smoothly with the existing website and database structure without altering the specified flow.
