We're looking for an OSTicket developer to introduce a small change in how tickets are responded to in the system. It's a very small piece of work that shouldn't take more than a day to complete.
Here's the problem: When we respond to a support ticket we want a certain piece of text "Ref:MSGxxxxxx" from the original message to be included automatically as the first line in the reply sent by us.
