Project Title: osTicket Customization & Configuration

Provider: Freelancer / Contractor
1. Scope of Work
The freelancer agrees to install, configure, customize, and test the osTicket system based on the technical and operational specifications provided by the Organization, either in written or verbal form.
2. Deliverables
The main deliverables include (but are not limited to):
Technical documentation and initial system setup
CSV files for Departments, Roles, Help Topics, and SLA
Email templates in .html or .txt format
User manual for Agents & Administrators
JSON export of system configuration
Draft content for the Knowledge Base
Excel file outlining the Training & Integration Schedule
Integration with social media and external applications
Multilingual support (Greek & English)
3. Timeline
The project will be executed in three phases, with an estimated total duration of
• Submission of bids: until July 30, 2025
• Contractor Selection: August 5, 2025
• Delivery of first edition: August 20, 2025
• Final Delivery: September 10, 2025
4. Payment Terms
The total budget for the project is $150.
Payment will be made in five monthly installments of $50, starting with the delivery and approval of Phase 1. Each subsequent installment will be released upon successful delivery and approval of each phase.
5. Confidentiality & Data Protection
The freelancer agrees to treat all data and information relating to the Organization as strictly confidential and to fully comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and all relevant data protection laws.
Description:
We are a nonprofit organization seeking a freelancer to fully customize and configure our osTicket support system. The project includes setting up departments, SLA policies, help topics, user roles, custom forms, email templates, and automation filters. Integration with external apps and our social media platforms is also required. The system must be multilingual (GR/EN), GDPR-compliant, and tailored to our organizational structure. Experience with NGOs or social support platforms is a plus.
