OSCOMMERCE PHP BOOKING FROM
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
i need a booking form added to oscommerce php site
PLEASE DO THIS ON YOUR SIDE (install osc first if u can)
the booking from will ask for some fields like NAME DATE TIME Etc and after they press submit it will be sent to db same way like an order.
they can do as guest or if they are logged in they can do that way also and the db will fill in any information if they are logged in. ive attached a photo of the form and we can go thru the technical requirements once u agree to do the job.
Summary:
will work similar to placing an ORDER with the following exceptions
1. can do as guest or logged in
2. sent to bookings table not orders table
3. if logged in the db can populate some of the fields like Name and Phone and Email to make it faster for customer (they are of course free to edit these)
4. i want to be able to edit the form settings from the backend (we can develop that later)
Remarks
its very similar to create_account.php in terms of logic so u can maybe hack that if you want i can even start the process for you but just need to make sure fields are setup right and info is inserted into correct tables
