We are currently requesting quotes to customize and build/code our graphic of the front page and article page into a theme for our ONNO Laravel newspaper website

We made a decision to stay with Laravel instead of using wordpress due to the GUI in ONNO laravel is much easier for us than wordpress.
We currently are needing some customizations to the new site and possible upgrading to the new laravel 10.0 platform if we need to. Currently we are on 7.0 laravel.
We need to also be sure moving forward it is possible to keep the laravel site updated so we don’t have a security problem in the future.
