We currently use a cloud-based software called cliniko.com, and we want to create a record sheet application (has to be written in PHP or with software that would run on any standard Linux Webhosting.
I have attached the requirements in a word document as well as an excel spreadsheet (to give you a visual idea of what we want) and a few images of what we currently fill by hand on the paper.
We want to digitise this,
I will require the developer to be in daily contact with me and show me progress so that I can guide them if something is wrong. If you can't do this, do not bid. Because I don't want to wait until the given deadline and all the work has been completed and end up having to get you to fix things that you misunderstood.
I will create many milestones for this project, where part of the agreed fees is paid upon demonstration by the developer for the specific features.
Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions, and please do not bid before you are sure of the requirements because if you bid a certain amount and then afterwards tell me it's going to be 8x or 10x more or it's going to take you 14 weeks instead of 2 days you said you would have it ready, I will report you for not reading the requirements. (and yes, this has happened before)
