ONLINE PLATFORM TO MAKE PERSONALIZED VIDEO FROM TEMPLATES

I am looking to develop a platform that will create a render/make a video after the personalization from Customer.
PROCESS:
- Customer receives a PERSONAL URL to start the process of making the personalized video.
- Customer will chose a Theme Template: Anniversary, Love, Friend, Wedding, etc.
- Template needs to play a sample, so customer know how is the video.
- Then the template will tell him how many pictures/personal videos need to be upload for that template.
- If TEXT is needed, then Customer will input the needed texts in boxes.
- Customer will choose the music. Needs to be able to play a sample before chose.
- Before finalizing the video, the customer needs to have the option to RECORD himself from WEBCAM, if he wants to deliver a PERSONAL VIDEO MESSAGE before the template video.
- Click MAKE VIDEO
- The video will be rendered and send it back to customer for FINAL APPROVAL.
- After APPROVAL system will send the an email to download the video and a confirmation to ADMIN.
Some thoughts:
- After choose a Theme, we could have multiples templates.
- Template are After Effects Templates. The platform needs to upload the pictures for customers, assigned them to the spaces in the template and render it.

- Each template could have different spaces for videos, pictures and texts. Meaning, this template will need 10 pictures, and 10 texts. Or maybe only needs pictures.
- We could simplify the templates.
- We could export the templates in whatever format needed in order to do the render easy and faster.
- We could use some third-party APIs for rendering the videos or processing them.
- Don't need options for trim, cut, effects and so on. Everything is dictated by the template.
- Don't need to show any type of video timeline.
- I'm seeing this very easy for everyone. So we could go STEP by STEP, instead showing everything on one page.
1. Select your THEME. We choose different beautiful buttons with the text ANNIVERSARY, WEDDING, FRIENDS
2. Select your specific template. Little squares/thumbnails, with the PLAY icon on it, a play automatically when mouser over. Under the thumbnails some info like TIMING and how many pictures. something like 1:00M 20?
3. Select your music.
4. Upload your pictures.
5. Webcam option. . . DO YOU WANT TO ADD A PERSONAL VIDEO RECORDING YOURSELF? YES | NO
- All videos are 16:9, no modifications.
