OEE Pie Chart

We need to develop a web based app which collects specific data of production line and present them in a pie chart, the app should be smartphone friendly . During a normal working day in a production line there will be time loses due to many different stoppages. The production supervisor should be able to record these stoppages duration at the moment they occur and mention what was the reason for these stoppages in comment section. The good thing is the stoppages are limited to around 14 causes, so the prd.suprv wont have to add any new cause .

At the end of the day the prod.suprv will submit his data to the app and a pie chart should be generated showing the percentage of the each stoppage causes. The user of the app should be able to extract the pie chart or the data of a certain day, month or a year . ( For or monthly and yearly data we mean the data should be cumulative that is it will add up all stoppage in that month or year and present them in a pie chart) .

Currently, there are 5 production lines therefore, the app should be able to save and present the data of each line separately. Some production lines can have multiple shifts, which means there will up to 3 entries per day . The user should be able to export date of entries of certain day, month or a year in excel tabular format.


Finally, the user must have authority to delete the data of certain day.
