OBS live streaming TWITCHER Script Troubleshooting setings or bug fix

Hi we bought the live streaming app TWITCHER from code canyon. (URL : https://codecanyon.net/item/php-twitcher-live-video-streaming-saas-platform-for-content-creators/44676604 )
We have setup on domain and it works properly for uploading and viewing videos but trying to live stream via OBS it does not connect. We have followed the script installation instructions so not sure.
Installation instructions will be provided along with server access as we have configured as per instructions.
This should be a small fix as we have previously paid the developer of the script to fix it and he did it in less than 2 minutes.
