OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) Plugin for twitch chat commands

I need an OBS plugin made that will allow moderators of the twitch chat to have access to specific commands to modify certain text elements of the stream overlay / scene. For example in Fighting Game tournaments there are 2 players competing, There is normally an overlay showing both players names and current score numbers. I'd like a plugin that allows chat moderators to modify the names and score numbers of the overlay with commands like

!p1name "name here"
!p2name "name here"

!p1score "number"
!p2score "number"

!roundformat "text here"
