Non-AI Chatbot for Website: Lead Capture & Quote Requests

Description:

I’m looking for a developer to create a simple chatbot (not AI) for my sports court construction business.
The chatbot should work on my WordPress website as a floating widget (similar to WhatsApp style).

Required Features:
• Initial menu with 3 options:
1. Request a quote
2. Information about models and prices
3. I have a question
• If the user selects Request a quote, the bot should ask for:
• Name
• Number of courts
• Court model(s) (Classic, Semi-Panoramic, Panoramic)
• City
• Email
• Estimated project start time
• Additional comments
• Closing message confirming all data
• If the user selects Information, the bot should:
• Show current promotions and model prices
• Allow the user to go back to “Request a quote” or return to the main menu
• If the user selects I have a question, the bot should:
• Open a free text field for the customer to type their question
• End with a thank-you message

• Must be easy to edit (so I can update prices or text without coding).
