Nice Laravel and API TASK

This project has 3 Tasks for laravel 8 and API expert only
I need to make my Marketplace compatible with :

1) Vivawallet integration

ex: if i make a modification on any rows, it update both way

----- i need to create web hook for vendor, so they can sync their inventory with they primary Ecom website,

For ex: If 1 vendors have a woocommerce, he can sync his store with the one on the script
