Nginx Web Server Configuration Troubleshooting
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I am searching for a specialist in the debugging of servers, as the one we are using for our website is currently not applying specifications we have entered into cloud panel and therefore these changes are not being reflected on our website.
The specifics of the job are as follows:
Hosting platform - Hostinger (KVM4 VPS)
Website platform - Wordpress Woocommerce
Primary issues - Upload limit not being reflected on our website. The limits we have chosen and need for full functionality of our site are:
post_max_size = 2048 MB
upload_max_filesize = 2048 MB
max_execution_time = 5000 MB
max_input_time = 5000 MB
memory_limit = 1000 MB
But when we upload images onto the website we get error codes stating that the site can only accept images at 2MB maximum.
These issues are being reflected in a plugin we are using (Lumise), but we also have an API which has connected us with another website from which we source live stock levels of products we sell, which is also not performing correctly. When using this site on a hosting platform the changes we have applied did work, and it is only when we have migrated to this server that the issues have arose.
As far as I can see, we have a server which is over specced due to the size of our website, and it can work with our website but there is a bug somewhere which is affecting the changes we have applied. Hosting support is very limited and my website developer is out of ideas so I need an expert to take a look at this for me and hopefully fix the issue.
Please note this is not my field of expertise and my knowledge is very limited so I'm ideally looking for someone who can get this done using the information I have given above. I have screenshots which can explain everything in more detail if needed.
