Next.js to Laravel 11 Conversion

I need a skilled developer to convert my existing Next.js frontend to a Laravel 11 backend, integrating Blade, Livewire, and tailwindcss, and turning the home page into a Progressive Web App (PWA) with certain features.

Key requirements:

- Integration of existing CSS from Next.js to Laravel
- Conversion of the current home page to a PWA

PWA features needed:

- Offline access
- Push notifications
- Add to home screen prompt

Although I am not entirely sure if the PWA functionality will require any backend integration or API calls, I would appreciate if the developer could consider this possibility and plan the implementation accordingly.

Ideal skills and experience for this project would include:

- Proficiency in Next.js and Laravel
- Strong frontend skills in Blade, Livewire, and tailwindcss
- Experience in PWA development, particularly with offline access, push notifications, and Add to home screen prompt
- Understanding of backend integration for PWA functionalities
