News aggregation forum in the style of Hacker News

Hi - looking for an experienced developer to help me build a small news aggregation forum using React JS and Remix in the style of Hacker News. The idea would be that users can submit links with a title and description that can be upvoted and commented on.
Can be primarily text based, will need simple user account signups, admin control on submissions and some kind of back end that can manage the site without too much fiddling around.
