New Stripe provider add-on for Xenforo

I need a new Stripe payment provider add-on with just some improvements.
1) Add option to make it global payment provider
2) Add option to external payment (redirect to Stripe checkout)
PS:
The budget for this project is $20, no more. I can give chance for new developers. Do not bid if you don't agree.
I need this provider to be installed like an add-on, I will not accept any other kind of installation or code in the "middle".
