New P2P Cryptocurrency Exchange.

Our company has a new cryptocurrency and is seeking to develop a new exchange. We have our own domain and this must be used. We are seeking to use the un-mined coins and to integrate mining successfully into the exchange development.
The new exchange will allow users to swap cryptocurrencies as required within their trades. It will be a P2P network and only purchases of HalleyCoines can be done for BTC or ETH for the first 6 months.
Up to date security is required for this exchange and a substantial commission is being offered as renumeration for the chosen engineers.
UPDATE: We are offering P2P users 21,000,000 coins at $10 USD each. This is the total initial value of the exchange. 25% commission will be provided to the chosen engineers from these sales, NET, once the exchange is up and running. This is for the life of the exchange. $5 is only for the purposes of this post.
UPDATE: Timeline - from acceptance of contract to final completion of the exchange 5 calendar weeks.
Following acceptance by Laborx and start of the project, we will follow all Laborx contract rules and expectations with payments, communications and contract expectations.
