Netsuite Project - Uploading POS Data via API connection

Here is the problem I am having:
We are getting 5 different POS data from our partners. Each has different heading/titles but mostly the same product sold data. We need to get these uploaded to the Netsuite database.
Suggestion:
Create a dashboard, where we can upload all 5 .csv files, dashboard then connect to NetSuite via an API using syncapps.cazoomi.com, and data get uploaded via the API connection.
This dashboard needs to have the capabilities to scale, let's say a 6th pos reporting partner joins in, then I should be able to add that partner's database titles according to what is required.
