.Net5 Developer for SMS Cloud Storage

I'm in need of a proficient .Net5 developer to help in creating a backend that adopts the characteristics of the pulse-SMS-backend. This backend will essentially be part of an SMS app that mirrors the functionality of pulse SMS.

The key features I envisage include:
- User authentication
- Message storage
- API integration
- Cloud storage for SMS messages
- Web accessibility for reading and sending messages
- Integration with pulseSMS
While a choice wasn't made for the type of cloud storage for the SMS message storage, the developer is expected to opine on the best and most cost effective option amongst Amazon S3, Google Cloud Storage, and Microsoft Azure Blob Storage.
Regarding the web access interface for the reading and sending of messages, it needs to be intuitive and easy to navigate.
The ideal freelancer should have:
- Proficient .Net5 development skills or similar
- Extensive experience with backend development
- Strong ability in integrating APIs
- Experience with cloud based storage solutions
- An eye for intuitive, user-friendly design
