Position Overview:
As a Syteline ERP Implementation Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and successfully delivering Syteline ERP implementation projects to our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project timelines and budgets, and ensure that project objectives are met on time and within scope. If you are a skilled project manager with a deep understanding of ERP implementations, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
1) Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimation.
2) Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and internal teams, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
3) Team Management: Lead and manage a team of ERP developers, business analysts, and other project resources to deliver successful ERP implementations.
4) Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and implement contingency plans as necessary to keep projects on track.
5) Quality Assurance: Ensure that ERP implementations meet quality standards, are on schedule, and within budget.
6) Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and expenditures, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
7) Scope Management: Define project scope and manage scope changes through a formal change management process.
8) Documentation: Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and project closure reports.
9) Client Satisfaction: Continuously assess client satisfaction and work to exceed client expectations by delivering exceptional ERP solutions.
10) Post-Implementation Support: Oversee post-implementation support and assist in resolving any issues that may arise after ERP implementation.
