We have an existing SAAS platform that requires further development. Backend is a standard Laravel json API consumed by Vue.JS frontend w/ Bootstrap v5+. You will need to demonstrate experience using these two stacks.
The application needs several modules added or completed. UI is mainly done and needs developing, and in some cases, the backend needs updating and further development.
We're looking for 2 ppl who can commit at least 3 days per week for a total of ~100hrs per week.
OUR SOFTWARE:
The platform you will be working on, Outshinery Studio, provides digital visual content for alcohol brands. Currently used by over 2K+ brands around the world, Outshinery is using the latest advances in 3D technology and automation to create curated imagery.
ABOUT US:

We are looking for agile people with a high capacity for adaptation - if you have worked in hectic startup environments before, it will be an advantage.

TECHNOLOGY:
You need:
• skills: over 5 yrs experience programming in Laravel and Vue.
• experience: you have worked with APIs, Scrum & Sprint-structured development
• design and branding: everything you touch is BEYOND "pixel-perfect" -- you can look at an existing design and replicate it perfectly and highlight possible improvements.
• acumen: have demonstrable business knowledge and apply your skills effectively to solving the correct problem
• product knowledge: ability to drive product development with minimum input and focusing on value-add first.
• independent deliveries: you review+plan your work, and seek clarifications to deliver without the need for the business to check in with you.
FINANCES:
You will be paid as follow:
• based on successfully delivered milestones as agreed during SPRINT
• every 2 weeks sprint, within 1 week of having demonstrated your work during DEMO
• following delivery of production-ready, product-owner-approved, and unit-tested work.
• anything incomplete will be paid as pro-rated. (see the process below) :
20pts allocated and mutually agreed to + 5pts stretch
if 10pts are delivered for a sprint, you get 50% pay
if 25pts are delivered, you get a personal bonus
if the whole sprint was delivered with your support, you get a team bonus
confirm you have read this using the word awesome
anything not "production ready" is considered not delivered.
PROCESS:
You will take part in the following:
• 2 weeks SCRUM-based sprints, w/ sprint planning to will establish expectations
• Weekly 60-90mins Poker sessions will ensure we have the correct points assigned
• demo your work conducted on the last day of the sprint,
• document your work (diagram as appropriate)
