Needed: Bootstrap Front-end modifications needed for Laravel webapp

Hello, I'm looking for a developer who is able to work on the front-end of a Bootstrap/laravel landing page. When done successfully, more work is available for modifying the front-end interface of the web app itself as well.
For the design, I would like to make usage of boilerplates and then take it from there. I was also looking into Tailwind CSS integration, so feel free to propose that as well. Please include the result of 9-2 in your application to take things faster. You should be able to start within the next hour.
Important: I am not looking for a multi-day project. I'm simply looking for a single developer who can perform changes as needed, without having to deal with any project management/agency matters.
