Need work done on my platform its in PHP, MVC and MySQL

We have a social media platform that is coded in in PHP and the Architecture is in MVC. with MySQL
It has a very large Data base, messaging, pages, groups, events and the normal items one would see in a social media platform.
We are looking for a company or individual programmers to come on board as our team to add new features, to do maintenance what every comes up.
We are ready at this time o do some large re-working and would like to put a team together for this.
Most be able to communicate well in English, must have good communication skills.
We can do by the hour with proven ability. Must have verifiable references from other companies worked for.
