Need a wordpress developer to create automatic plugin updater for GPL site

Hi, I run a GPL website. I need someone who has experience with wp api and wp cron to create an automatic plugin updater for the wordpress plugins I share on my site. I use woocommerce with yith woocommerce subscriptions.
Let me explain how my site works. I sell individual products and memberships which gives users the benefit to download X amount of products per day (this is managed by yith woocommerce memberships). I need to create a plugin for my site that user will add into their wordpress website, then authenticate their logins details in this plugin to connect and verify their subscription/purchase history in my site, this will allow them to get automatic updates of the plugins they install into their site directly as they would if they install a paid plugin from developers. The plugin will need to verify that the user has paid for X product or that has an active membership and with each "update" that they make on their plugins, 1 credit of the daily download credit they have will be deducted from their account. The update action in each plugin they want to automatically update will download the file from my server (I use S3 but if this can't be done then they can be uplaoded into my woocommerce site at woocommerce uploads folder or wp uploads folder). I have another competition site's plugin that uses woocommerce as well and cron to push updates, so I can send it for any interested person to check it, you will need to update this plugin to make it work for my site or start from fresh, do as you like, I just need it to work.
