Need a woocommerce plugin Where admin can assign order to Shop manager or Auto Assign Area Wise

We Need a woocommerce plugin Where admin can assign order to Shop manager. or it will assign Area Wise
There should be select box with all shop managers list on each order(similar to customer option).
Admin will assign order to specific shop manager (there will be multiple shop managers).
When shop manager will login into his account he should be able to see orders only assigned to him.
plugin should not break current functionality.
