Need website back end converted to PHP

I had a website made but it is node.js and not compatible with Cpanel. So I wanted my website backend to be converted to PHP so that I can use it on Cpanel normally. You see the budget... do not apply for higher budget, also do not apply for low budget then come to me asking for more money. Thanks
