Need a website Python/PHP
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
The project will consist on building a web platform based on:
1. TTS functionalities based on Amazon, Google
2. API based access to clients based on subscription plans.
3. Billing API
The website will be built on wordpress (Front-end CMS)
Backend will be based on Python OR PHP-Laravel (to be decided)
Main pages:
1. Home
2. About us
3. Login/registration
4. Blog/NEWS/Studio Docs
5. Contact Sales
6. FAQ
The front end and CMS has to be done on Wordpress or a comparable CMS so that we can easily add more pages later on.
The Text-to-speech engine will be coded in PHP/python. We prefer python but are also open to PHP-laravel. The code is explained on Google and Azure’s websites pretty clearly and we expect the freelancer to completely understand the same without any hand holding.
The TTS part should be:
1. Able to handle all the languages
2. Able to give outputs in all the formats by the respective services
3. Able to handle plain text as well as SSML based text as well (the same is explained on the Azure and Google’s websites also)
4. There will be subscription plans based on:
a. No. of characters (maximum) that the user can use in a month
b. Dynamic billing where the amount will be billed at month-end based on usage
5. Super-admin needs to be able to define the tone, prosody, pitch, speed of different voices etc.
6. API access to clients with subscription based on API keys
7. Billing API to generate client Bill.
Theme, any 3rd party API and content will be provided by us to the developer.
