Need web portal for truck repair community which includes Fourm Chat discussion and few other features -- 2

I am looking for a web portal for a truck repair community with forum chat discussion and other features. I need a forum chat feature for users to communicate with each other and/or exchange helpful information about vehicle repairs. I have a general idea of the design I want, but I am open to suggestions. I also need user profiles, as well as a search functionality on the portal. I expect that more than 500 users will use the web portal. If you are able to provide something that meets these requirements, I would love to hear from you!
