Need a web app developed in nextjs

We are looking for a nextjs developer to build a website that has following features:
- Google map based – based on users location
- Allow users to “add” marinas to a map – this would be approved by our company – so that fuel prices can be shown
- Allow users to edit fuel prices at a place they see the fuel prices for or have just filled their boat up with fuel at
- Ability for our company to place ads on the app / website
- Users should be required to set up an account for the app so that we gather data on them and can use it for future marketing initiatives.
