Need upgrade the existing PHP website to Laravel framwork

Hi Everyone,

I have PHP project which is running last more than 8 years perfectly but now I want to recreate it in laravel or other PHP frameworks. The details as below
1. It is a document registration website
2. There are multi steps registration forms
3. A simple User CRUD manager/admin
4. New replicated site will add:
a. Landing page
b. Themes with the responsible CSS/js framework, like bootstrap.
c. Migrate all the existing content with the new theme
d. New Admin dashboard and theme for the User CRUD and configuration.

I will provide the DB and source code of the existing website.

So the major work will be:
1. Landing page and theme
2. Multi steps form
3. Admin dashboard
4. Migrate the content.
