Need stripe developer

I need stripe api Develper
My requirements is simple
I need admin page where i can change api key of accounts (want to use multiple accounts on same website)
A front page to collect customers information
Name etc
Billing
Payment card details
It’ll get saved into my stripe account whoes api i have used
And then create manual payment
