Need someone to create a data import system for me on Laravel PHP Web Application

I need someone to create where users can upload their inventory database,files in forms of csv, sql etc and have it read and displayed like an excel sheet. Allowing users to pick/label which ones, rows are headings and which ones are product data and other categories like price,name,description etc.

Im assuming frontend will have to be done with javascript/javascript framework
